The following distribution is planned for the initial token generation event. Any further mint of tokens will follow the rules and principles outlined "New Mint Distribution" section of Supply & Demand.

Foundation, Treasury & Adoption Fund allocations are proportional to total tokens subscribed during IEO event + founders and pre-IEO investment awards. This method is used to protect the IEO and pre-IEO investors’ share of the initial token allocation. The above number of tokens is calculated under the assumption that the maximum of 700 million tokens are placed during the public IEO. If a lower number of tokens is sold, the allocations to Foundation, Treasury and Adoption Fund will be lowered accordingly.

Founders are RGX Capital and its shareholders that seeded the business in-lieu of equity. Pre-IEO awards are given to independent early-stage investors. The Foundation is a charitable organization managed as described in The myBID Foundation.
